Welcome to interviewEDGE, your trusted platform for personalized interview preparation questionnaires. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. Services

We provide personalized interview preparation questionnaires tailored to your needs based on the information you provide during registration. The delivery of these documents is subject to the timelines mentioned below.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Misuse of the platform, including providing false information or attempting to manipulate the system, may result in the termination of your services.

3. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of registration through the available payment methods. The full amount must be paid upfront, and once the personalized questionnaire has been sent, no refunds will be issued (see Refunds and Cancellations below for more details).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

You are eligible for a refund if you request it before receiving the personalized questionnaire document. The questionnaire will be delivered to you via email within 3 days of your registration, or a maximum of 7 days in cases of high demand.

Once the personalized questionnaire has been sent to your registered email, it is considered a non-refundable item. However, if you do not receive the document within 7 days, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.

5. Delivery of Services

After registration, you will receive your personalized interview questionnaire within 3 days. In case of high demand, delivery may take up to a maximum of 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The content provided by interviewEDGE, including the questionnaires, is our intellectual property and is intended solely for your personal use. You are not permitted to share, distribute, or replicate the material for commercial purposes without our consent.

7. Privacy of User Data

We are committed to protecting your personal information collected during registration, including your name, email address, and contact details. We use this information solely to provide you with our services and enhance your experience. Your data will not be sold or shared with any third party without your consent.

We implement security measures to safeguard your personal data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contact@interview-edge.in. We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally, and any changes will be posted on Privacy Policy page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

At interviewEDGE, we prioritize the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in our questionnaires. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of this information. interviewEDGE shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes that may arise from the use of our services. While we strive to provide the most up-to-date data, we recommend that users verify any critical information through authentic sources. Due to operational constraints, it may not be feasible for us to update our data on a daily basis, and there may be instances where we rely on historical reports or sources. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to use our content at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur City.
